Dartronics is hiring a Sales Engineer based in the Englishtown, NJ area to take ownership of a high-growth territory covering South New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
This is a true hunter role. No accounts are handed to you—you build your pipeline, develop your territory, and get paid for the results. With uncapped commission and strong demand in the market, this is an opportunity for someone who wants to earn and grow something of their own.
You’ll work directly with manufacturers to improve production through packaging automation, labeling, and industrial printing solutions—supported by a full engineering and integration team that helps bring your deals to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow your territory across South NJ, DE, and MD.
- Prospect daily through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities—you are the pipeline.
- Meet with manufacturers to understand operations and uncover inefficiencies.
- Present and sell packaging automation, labeling, and printing solutions.
- Work with internal engineering teams to deliver customized systems.
- Close deals, negotiate pricing, and manage projects through completion.
- Represent Dartronics at trade shows and on-site customer visits.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in outbound sales and prospecting (hunter mentality required).
- Experience selling packaging equipment, industrial machinery, or automation systems.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Self-driven, competitive mindset with a focus on earning.
- Ability to manage a territory independently.
- Willingness to travel throughout South NJ, DE, and MD.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 – $250,000+ (base + uncapped commission).
